The Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission Claims Services Department (CSD) is where many parts of a worker’s case are handled. The CSD answers questions from workers, reviews all the incoming mail and inquires, processes all the claims and hearing requests, handles claims by health care providers for payments and the requests for attorney fees from lawyers.
