Joe Miller Negotiates Policy Limits Settlement for Pedestrian in Motorized Wheelchair

July, 2011 – Virginia Beach, VA – In July 2010, our indigent, disabled veteran client was operating his motorized wheelchair and proceeding to cross the street when a vehicle made a left turn and hit him while he was still in his wheelchair. This caused our client to sustain significant and permanent injuries. The driver of the vehicle was charged and convicted of driving under the influence.
